Nope, Kibitoshin specifies that South Kaioshin is the strongest of the 5 Kaioshin:

And regardless of whether or not this entry regarding the Makaioshin was made ages ago, it's the only source we have regarding their strength, so saying that the Makaioshin compare to the Dai-Kaioshin is dishonest.

How so? We have no confirmation that Goku-Black is a Makaioshin. And if it so happens that he is, and he's super strong, that wouldn't validate the content creator's statement. He merely pulled that out of his a**.

 Jesus, Future Kaioshin, what the ****?

I'd like to think that he'd warn Trunks if Black was actually a Makaioshin. He went to Earth when Babidi arrived, and Black would be a much bigger threat to the Universe that Kaioshin knows about. Kaioshin didn't know about Cell because he wasn't watching Earth at that time, but he should be watching Black, yet we've got no indication if Future Kaioshin's ever gonna turn up. You could argue that Trunks is too weak to be of any use to Kaioshin, but then that basically means that Trunks is going back to the past to warn them and then sit on his hands.

Then he loses it after five minutes and doesn't retain the power because Goku's Saiyan Jesus.
